Here is a pure delight.
I do not know if you're like me, but the seafood I do not say no to that.
When my man said `` my dear, what would you say about that if this was a small dinner seafood ``. Me, I responded to it if it was really a question because I was already in the entrance door with key in hand and ready for Costco.
So here's a recipe that accompanies one of our purchases.
GOOD VALENTINE'S FRIENDS
½ cup white wine 2 shallots
French
finely chopped ½ cup cream 35%
1 / 3 cup finely chopped fresh basil (1 Tbsp dried basil)
Juice of ½ lemon
¾ cup butter into pieces Salt and pepper
-Put the shallots and wine in a small saucepan and boil to evaporate the alcohol. Add cream, basil and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and remove. Low heat, add butter in small pieces and cook, whisking until butter is melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Book.
Grilled Lobster Tails:
Cut lobster tail in half lengthwise.
Brush with melted butter to keep the flesh moist and tender.
then lay on a baking sheet. Place in oven, broil, shell underneath. Broil 7-10 minutes.
Serve with butter and basil.
