Here is a small change from the traditional recipe for chicken sandwiches.
I also served with tortillas topped for my man and it was very appreciated.
(Sure he liked, since it is saved to your lunch: o)
(Makes: about 2 to 4 sandwiches)
2 chicken breast , cooked, boneless, skinless
1 stalk celery, sliced 1 small onion
, minced 1 tablespoon tablespoons curry powder
1 / 4 red or green pepper, chopped (I green)
1 / 2 cup almonds, chopped, optional (not set)
1 clove garlic, minced
180 g (6 oz) cream cheese, low fat 1 tablespoon
tablespoons plain yogurt or sour cream
to taste Salt and pepper
2-4 slices of bread (my salad rolls)
-Cut the chicken into cubes and set aside in the bowl of a food processor.
-Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
-Top bread with chicken mixture and lettuce. Train sandwiches open or closed.
-Serve with salad and chips.
