-In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
-In a small bowl, whisk eggs, eggnog and butter and stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
-Pour 1 / 4 cup of batter into a lightly greased. Flip the pancakes when bubbles form on top and cook until second side is golden. Serve with maple syrup.
