Crisco Shortening As A Moisturiser

CHICKEN WITH GINGER, LEMON AND MAPLE SYRUP AND CARROT CAKE

This is a very good recipe for chicken.
me because I did not have lemon zest so I used orange and it was delicious.
Next time I'll redo but with lemon zest to see the difference.


(about 4 servings)

450 g (1 lb) chicken pieces (my chest)
1 / 3 cup whole wheat flour 2 tablespoons
tablespoon olive oil
1 / 4 cup maple syrup 2 tablespoons
tablespoons chili sauce 2 tablespoons
vinegar 2 tbsp
tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons
teaspoon ginger, grated 2 cloves garlic
, chopped 2 tablespoons
Tea
pepper 2 green onions, minced 1 tablespoon
tablespoon lemon zest, grated (me orange zest)


-Preheat oven to 325 oF.

-Coat the chicken pieces.

-In ovenproof saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté

chicken for 5 minutes.

-In a bowl, combine maple syrup, chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and pepper. Pour this mixture over chicken.

-Bake for 30 minutes.

-When serving, garnish with scallions and lemon zest.
