How To Become College Basketball Coach

SOUP WITH CARROTS, THE SWEET POTATO AND MANDARIN

That Will Nancy I found this soup. It
a good sweet taste that is pleasing to the puck.
We all liked in my home;)


1 onion, chopped 1 tablespoon
tablespoon ginger, finely chopped 1 clove
garlic, minced
1 / 4 cup sesame mandarin dressing Kraft
2 cups carrots
pieces 2 cups diced sweet potatoes
3 cups chicken broth


-Place onion, ginger, garlic and vinaigrette in a large saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes or until onion is just tender, stirring occasionally.

-Stir in chopped carrots, sweet potatoes and broth. Bring this mixture to a boil, cover. Simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender only:)

-Reduce preparation until smooth in a blender, a little at a time.
